Download Likewise Open
Likewise Open integrates Linux, Unix, and Mac computers in Microsoft Active Directory. Likewise Open is free to download and use according to the terms of the GNU General Public License.
Likewise Open Spring 2008 Edition: Installation Packages
After downloading the installer, make it executable: Right-click the installer, click Properties, click the Permissions tab, select Execute for Owner, and then click Close. Then double-click the installer to run it.
After installing Likewise, run the following command as root. Your AD account must have privileges to join computers to the domain:
Linux: /usr/centeris/bin/domainjoin-cli join domainName ADjoinAccount
Unix: /opt/centeris/bin/domainjoin-cli join domainName ADjoinAccount
Mac: /opt/centeris/bin/domainjoin-cli join domainName ADjoinAccount
Then log on with your AD credentials by using the form DOMAIN\username. Example: likewisedemo.com\hoenstiv. On the command line, you must include an escape character: DOMAIN\\username.

Domain Join Graphical User Interface
